- Production headcount demand estimate, capacity estimate and trend analysis
- Summarize equipment downtime trends to improve equipment status
- Make production plan and packaging material container demand plan according to customer demand
- Organize the production team to check the 5S execution status on the production site regularly to find out potential safety hazards in the production process and prevent safety accidents
- Check the implementation of various management requirements and standards on site, and timely feedback to superior leaders and relevant responsible persons
- Collect, sort out, summarize and analyze the production KPI data and information
- Statistical analysis of monthly non-productive cost consumption of production department
- Analyze production site situation, seek improvement, improve quality and production efficiency,reduce cost
- Lead the preparation work of internal and external audit and visit related to production, and track the status of each preparation task
- Assist production manager to complete the material preparation and related report of production work report
- Transfer work information within the production department and among departments, cooperate with the specific implementation of related work
- Complete other tasks assigned by the production manager
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree and above
- Science and Engineering major: Mechatronics/Machinery/Electrical/Logistics
- Planning/Industrial Engineering/etc.
- Fluent English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating).
- Financial awareness is preferred (self-study or minor in finance).
- Interested in electromechanical products and their production process.
- Proficient in Office software: Excel/Word/PowerPoint…
- At least 3 years working experience，Automotive industry preferred, management
- experience preferred
- Good health, positive image and good manners.
- Proactive, meticulous, adhere to principles and strong execution
- Willing to work on production site in plant.
