Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor

  • Lead and supervise the daily production, make sure smooth and effective production to meet required output and quality.
  • Management of production lines operators according to production processes to achieve quality, quantity and cost and ensure delivery on time.
  • Analysis the production data to resolve the production process problems use PDCA
  • Lead and originate the production team daily meeting.
  • Define the training needs of production team and make the training plan for the shift leader and operators. Monitor the training implement include evaluation the training result and updating the skill matrix.
  • Motivate operator’s involvement; ensure safety, ergonomic, flexibility, discipline and no blame.
  • Evaluate the performance of production team members, encourage innovation and improvement in production field, support team member to complete tasks.
  • Work together with the other function team to implement continuous improvement activities regarding products technical, processes, quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and communicate closely with other departments, make sure information transfer smoothly in production.
  • Follow and strictly implement EHS standards.

Production Supervisor

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automation/Industrial Engineering(plus)
  • At least 3 years working experience in production management field.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing
  • Knowledge in quality, logistic and products
  • Familiar with production process
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to study, analysis, and solve production problems
