Project Manager-Customer Team

Your tasks

  • Ensure product development according to Brose PDP and customer’s requirements, respective time schedule, quality, and cost demands.
  • Overall responsibility for the entire project.
  • Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of project within area of assigned responsibility by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
  • Overall responsibility for the entire project (meet quality cost & delivery targets).
  • Ensure communication, coordination and activities with customers, customer team members, project team members, plant, and central functions as a project leader.
  • Act as a Customer interface for project related topics.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, internally and externally.
  • Monitor Project change request implementation.
  • Prepare and implement all possible measures to improve project ROI and ROS.
  • Ensure the adherence of PDP process during project execution.
  • Ensure efficient handover of project to plant after SOP.

Your Profile

  • BE / B Tech – Mechanical engineering or equivalent MBA/PMP certificate – can be added advantage.
  • 8-15 years of experience.
  • Well versed with basics of mechanical engineering.
  • Knowledge in electronics / mechatronics can be added advantage.
  • Microsoft office tools including MS-Project.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple Projects (start to end).
