Sales administrator

Your tasks

  • Analyze the differences between actual and planned sales (volume differences, price differences, special reasons for differences)
  • Tracking changes of product sales prices, and identifying the causes and risks of price changes
  • Ensure that sales price adjustments are based on the appropriate full approval process
  • Support annual sales planning strategy by updating the details of future business projections into our database (ISP, MID)
  • Ensure that the information in the sales planning / forecast data base is reasonable and correct (volumes, sales prices, master data)
  • Support the establishment of standardized sales volume and sales forecasting systems
  • Prepares monthly reports for business updates. (SAP, Forecast, claim status etc..)
  • Manages directed parts pricing and change management process (GECOS/customer process) in alignment with purchasing and Account Manager – including potential alignment with customer and Brose finance
