Based in our newly established Sourcing Hub in Ostrava, you will be our specialist in proactively identifying and attracting top talents across different countries. - Master of Active Sourcing: You will become an expert in utilizing various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, specialized job boards, networks to identify and approach passive top talent.
- Direct Approach: You develop creative and persuasive outreach strategies to excite potential candidates about our company.
- Precise Pre-selection: You conduct a thorough pre-selection to ensure that only the most suitable candidates advance to the next stage of the application process.
- Data-Driven Work: You use data and analytics to continuously optimize your sourcing strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: You work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand, translate and manage requirements of the positions to be filled.

- Personality: You are a passionate hunter who enjoys the challenge of finding the best talent. You are analytical, communicative, and have a feel for people. You are culturally sensitive and can adapt your communication style to different audiences. You are flexible in your working times.
- Experience: Proven work experience in a professional setting is required. We are seeking individuals with a growth mindset and a strong desire to succeed in active sourcing. While prior experience in this field is a plus, we value candidates with transferable skills from other roles, such as customer service, sales, or account management who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
- Open to New Technologies: You are open to new technologies and ideally have a strong understanding of Boolean search strings, experience in using various sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Language Skills: Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory. Additional language proficiency is a plus (ideally German).
- Educational Background: You have a secondary school diploma or a university degree.
