- Aligned management and promotion of the assigned employees, including deriving appropriate qualification measures.
- Responsible for planning and ensuring the necessary personnel capacities based on customer and internal projects, as well as for support in series.
- Industrialization of production equipment for in-house production of electronics according to project requirements, e.g. virtual commissioning, software/program preparations, …
- Technical responsibility for the global standardization of vertical and horizontal machine communication, e.g. MES, Production Databases, manufacturing program naming, …
- Ensuring "lessons learned" and "best practices" solutions within the team.
- Frequent check design of the production facilities and processes according to internal specifications and standards with plant functions.
- Fulfillment of the assigned tasks according to the project management manual, such as the creation of all necessary documents (e.g.: FMEA, detailed schedule, change management) for the industrialization of complex electronic production equipment.
- Third-level support for electronics productions.

- Global industrialization functions in Electronics.
- Electronics departments like testing technology, process technology, prototyping etc.
- Plant interfaces/contact persons in the production plants worldwide.
- Electronics suppliers: Responsible for technical support or scope of industrialization.
- HR department: HR planning, leadership, employee development.
- Customers: presentation of electronics industrial engineering.
- Basic studies in the field of technical sciences, VII level of education.
- Work experince 12+ Years.
