Technical Assistant

Your Job Specification

  • Primary support function for Operations Director
  • Generate productivity and financial reports for trend analysis and work with required functions to help find solutions
  • Assist with budget planning, production forecasting and resource allocation analysis
    Prepare presentations and supporting documentation for plant visits, meetings and other technical and commercial reviews with customer teams, customers and suppliers
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel, Assist on projects, follow-up on actions within the operations department and organize meetings with other department leaders
  • Liaise between human resources, quality, logistics, technical functions, and the production teams to ensure effective planning, coordination, and communication of processes related to plant operations; Monitor and steer performance indicators relative to shop floor management execution within the plant as assigned

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree from a college, university or
    technical school in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management preferred
  • 3-5 years minimum applicable job experience in similar level and industry
  • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy a must; High degree of confidentiality
  • Energetic self starter
  • Multitasking ability a must
  • Fluent Arabic a plus!
