Warehouse Supervisor

Your tasks

Ensure smooth physical material flow in plant, including inbound, outbound and line feeding etc, lead problem solving during interruptions when necessary.
Lead and monitor the warehouse staff’s daily working activities, regularly review their performance and give feedback.
Ensure correct warehouse procedures are written and followed, work with relative teams to modify process when situation changes.
Cooperation with cross functions for continuous improvement in process optimization, efficiency increase, layout/space utilization, logistic devices utilization etc.
Work with LO planner in cost, investment, space and HC planning related to warehouse, daily monitor cost flow in labor, external services, transportation and logistics devices etc..
Responsible for inventory management, work with production team, MRP team etc. to ensure inventory accuracy by conducting cycle counting, regular stock-taking and inventory adjustments.
Keep warehouse staff in high awareness of the importance of health, safety and environment, and understand the potential legal consequences to working staff as well as the company.
Other shopfloor management in chemical warehouse, returnable package, 5S etc.
