Basketball: Bamberg Baskets react to clear defeat

One day after the 65:104 defeat at local rivals Würzburg Baskets, Bamberg Baskets have dismissed Head Coach Oren Amiel. "We didn't take this decision lightly, but we believe it was unavoidable after the extremely inconsistent performances of late," said the Baskets' Managing Director Philipp Höhne.

Bamberg Baskets will host bottom-of-the-table MLP Academics Heidelberg on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, starting at 8 p.m. The preparation for that game will initially be led by the current assistant coaches Arne Woltmann and Stefan Weissenböck.
