Christian Engelhart Fit Again and Ready for the Track
Christian Engelhart is fit again for what he loves most: motorsport. The Starnberg native has fought his way back over the past few weeks after a severe knee injury and is now ready to return to the cockpit.
Initially, Christian’s recovery went according to plan after he sustained a knee injury during a skiing accident, followed by surgery, without any worries about being fully fit in time for the season. However, the healing process stalled in the spring, and things did not go as expected. Despite all efforts, his knee deteriorated over the course of the year. This forced him to take a break in the middle of the season and undergo another surgery. After much hard work and the support of his doctors, physiotherapists, and family, his knee gradually recovered. “Many thanks to Lamborghini, my partners ZF, Brose, La Biosthetique & CREAT, and Gottfried Grasser, who stood by me during the most challenging moment of my career,” said Christian Engelhart.
Now, Christian is ready to attack the track again. “It’s time to leave the setbacks behind and do what I love most – racing at the highest level. I can’t wait to be back on the track!” The exact schedule for Christian’s return is currently being coordinated.
