Skywalker Young Guns pilots stay in title contention

The pilots of Skywalker Racing Management, the Skywalker Young Guns, enjoyed an extremely successful weekend. The fourth and so penultimate weekend of racing in the Rotax championship was held in Braga, Portugal.

Adrian Malheiro won both races in the Junior category and also captured victory in the overall standings. That means the young talent remains in the race for the national kart championship in his age class. Mariana Machado is also still in contention for the title. An impressive fourth-placed finish means she has climbed to third in the championship standings. Mariana Machado crossed the line in fifth in the first race and in fourth in the second.

The final race in the Rotax championship will be held in Viana do Castelo, Portugal, on October 14.
