Tennis: ATP Tournament in Dubai - Krawietz and Mies fail in the round of 16

Brose-backed tennis pro Kevin Krawietz and his doubles partner Andreas Mies missed out on the quarter-finals of the ATP 500 tournament in Dubai. Against the Kazakh Andrej Golubev and his French partner Fabrice Martin, the doubles team lost 2:6, 4:6.

While the experienced duo Golubev/Martin will now continue in the quarter-finals against the winners of the duel between Tim Pütz/Michael Venus and Jan-Lennard Struff/Jonathan Erlich, it was a short stay in the United Arab Emirates for Krawietz and Mies.

The next highlights for the two Germans are the Masters tournaments in the USA in Indian Wells (from 7 March) and Miami (from 21 March). We wish the doubles team every success.
