WTCR: Tiago Monteiro enters his eleventh season with Honda

Brose-supported Tiago Monteiro will be competing in the FIA WTCR with the LIQUI Moly Team Engstler engine from next season. The Portuguese will be at the steering wheel of the Honda Civic Type R TCR together with Attila Tassi.

Tiago is looking forward to a challenging season with clear targets. He wants to help the new team get used to the Honda machines quickly and win races.

"This year we face a new challenge, as we have to support LIQUI MOLY Team Engstler in their transition to the Honda Civic Type R TCR. I believe that my experience will make it easier to get started and that together we can achieve great things. It will be an exciting year and I am very proud to continue driving for Honda," said Tiago Monteiro.

The FIA WTCR season will start on April 9 and 10, 2022 at the Autodrom Most in the Czech Republic. We wish Tiago and his team best of luck.
