Head of Quality Seats Division

Your tasks

  • Establish/maintain oversight of the APQP process within project teams.
  • Work with customer team, engineering, supplier quality and quality personnel to address and close quality concerns, both internal and external.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts that improve overall customer satisfaction and process improvement within the
  • various release teams.
  • Participate in management reviews, monthly plant management meetings and follow up on Quality issues generated from reviews.
  • Responsible for ensuring PDP requirements are implemented and followed during the release cycle.
  • Ensure employees are informed of new processes, procedures and work instructions. Develops and ensures training of all new employees.
  • Responsible for annual performance reviews, interviews, hiring and termination of staff.
  • Maintain and monitor all launch program quality KPIs.
  • Interact with other management colleagues in particular for a constant flow of information, program understanding and work assignments.
  • Responsible for overall Quality activities in accordance with the Quality strategies published by Brose Group.
  • Oversees all activities related to the Quality of a product, from conception to delivery of a product.

Your Profile

  • Detailed technical understanding of Brose products
  • Familiar with AIAG Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC
  • Able to perform and interpret PPMs, CPKs, standard deviations calculations
  • Familiar with root cause analysis methodologies and technically capable of effectively leading the team through this process
  • Knowledge of GD&T, measurement and test equipment concepts and Quality systems development.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software package (Outlook, Excel, Word and Minitab).
