Your tasks

  • TPM; develop a PM-Plan together with the equipment supplier and ensure the implementation of the individual tasks.
  • Analyse Downtime Reasons and provide continous improvemnts to increase the Equipment availability.
  • Ensure 5S in the maintenance area, equipment and Euqipment sourounding.
  • Start up and debugging of complex (highly automated) Assembly Lines with multiple "work-stations"
  • Communication with original Equipment manufacturer as well as with the central functions in Asia and Germany.
  • Understand and ensure the function of all implemented process monitoring systems, provide training to the Maintenance Technicians.
  • Ensure that all hardware and parameter changes are recorded in the "downtime record sheet" and Logbook.
  • Analytical problem solving on production equipment, follow the escalation plan
  • Review the wear- and spare parts with the original equipment manufacturer and ensure the availability of the needed parts.
  • Analyse the consumption of wear- and spare parts, introduce continous improvements to minimize the Downtime and maximize the equipment availability.

Your Profile

  • Systematical way of problem solving (5why), work independently, analytical approach for trouble shooting;
  • advanced electrical skills and basic PLC knowledge;
  • experience in automotive supplying industry, maintaining “highly automated assembly line’s” (knowhow: Winding, Skinning, Press-In, Shrinking, Magnetizing, Noise and torque measurement system)
  • Ability to read and understand electrical-, (mechanical-); hydraulic-; and pneumatic-drawings
  • Analyze Equipment Downtime-Reasons and define corrective actions,
  • Electrical knowledge in using electrical measurement devices (Multimeter)
  • Basic knowledge in robot programming (re-teach) e.g. ABB
  • Teamplayer, work independently, Shift- and Overtime work;
  • Have Maintenance-related license (Electrical / Mechanical).
