- Derives targets for the plant from the Brose strategy together with plant management and division managers
- Responsible for the implementation of the improvement projects and cost saving goals per year in the plant (RACE)
- Represents BPS (Brose Production System) within the PDP/ industrialization process and ensures the application of the BPS principles
- Leads BPS engineers professionally and disciplinary
- Creates project and workshop plan
- Communicates procedures and results in the plant and business units
- Conducting trainings for BPS methods and tools
- Enabling projects to introduce BPS specific methods
- Represents the BPS principles
- Informs top-down and bottom-up
Your Profile
- University diploma
- At least two years of experience on similar position
- Methodical competence according to skill matrix (e.g. 5S, 8 types of waste, SMED, VSM, KPI-Tree, Kaizen)
- Good moderation, communication and organizational skills
- Ability for conducting competence workshops
- Good knowledge of process optimization
- Basic knowledge in project management
- Fluent English language skills
