Change Management Coordinator Electronics (m/f/d)

Your Job Specification

  • Participation, moderation and documentation at the development meeting for technical changes to the product or construction kit
  • Independent action tracking of defined steps on the action plan in consultation with the relevant specialist functions (project engineer, quality planner supplier, project team buyer, etc.)
  • Procurement of all documents subject to change/required for approval in coordination with the participants
  • Creation of change schedules in coordination with the relevant functions
  • Support and control of globally created change notifications to avoid change conflicts in coordination with component development and the global customer teams as well as the foreign locations
  • Coordination of work steps throughout the entire change process in coordination with the project engineer / team
  • Track plant and customer team actions according to the change management process in SAP
  • Ensuring and tracking of all relevant sample and PPA test runs on the production lines

Your Profile

  • A university degree with a regular study period e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar engineering studies
  • 2-3 years of experience in development function
  • Profound knowledge in project management / change management
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings
  • Fluent English language skills
