Cooling Fan Module - Design Engineer

Your tasks

Hands on experience in Cooling fan Module, Radiator and condenser design and development.
Management of assigned employees based on Brose management principles.
Independent capacity planning, scheduling based on project timelines and utilization of resources.
Monitoring and evaluating the tasks assigned to the team in regard to quality, timeline.
Represents all design activities during product development, which requires close co-operation with team engineers, component experts, HQ engineers, test engineers and project engineer.
Coordination of the design and development work, internally and externally, worldwide in consultation with supervisor.
Collaboration at creation and enhancement of Design FMEAs.
Responsible for execution of projects with ensuring design verifications i.e. design calculations, GD &T, Stack-up and simulations done.
Initiation of more complex calculations together with specialists (e.g. FEA, Mold flow) and interpretation of results together with specialists.
Constant optimization of the processes in the area of responsibility.
