Your tasks

Receipt, processing and analysis of customer programs.
Authorization to approve customer charges up to 300 UDS.
Review of requirements against contracted.
Control and availability of finished product packaging (returnable and non-returnable).
Negotiation of customer requirements, if necessary.
Coordination of shipments and deliveries to customers; communication with carriers and customs brokers (according to internal or customer's procedures).
Release of daily quantities to be produced with a two-week forecast (minimum).
Follow-up of production schedules.
Communication of critical materials to production and changes in requirements.
Material coverage analysis
Securing delivery parameters in SAP
Coordination of urgent shipments
Generation and tracking of L1 and Q2 notifications.
Communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers for goods clearance
Review and communication of customer bulletins to TC and suppliers
Analysis of in-plant inventory limits and disposition of surplus and obsolete inventory.
