Your Job Specification
- 1.Work closely with business leaders and HR BP to co-design and implement talent programs based on business and HR strategy
- 2.Facilitate performance and talent management process (incl. objective setting, performance evaluation, talent review, succession planning etc.) via sufficient communication, training and enabling, and consultation
- 3.Conduct analysis and derive effective talent development measures based on talent review results and business needs
- 4.Design and implement high-quality learning programs to accelerate the growth of talents across different levels, functional areas and career paths (leadership, project management, specialist)
- 5.Work closely with global COE team to adapt global concept to regional needs, and in parallel contribute to global talent development framework by bring regional practice and insights
Your Profile
- 1.Bachelor degree or above;
- 2.6-8 years working experience;
- 3. Solid knowledge of learning and talent development
- 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence various stakeholders
- 5.Good articulation and facilitation skills
- 6. Hardworking and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- 7. Self - driven and strong sense of responsibilities.
