Logistics Supplier Specialist

Your Job Specification

  • Processing of logistics supplier claims, supplier development
  • Supervising of L1/Q2 claims; Prepare monthly reporting of L1/Q2 claims
  • Negotiation of claim costs with suppliers in cooperation with purchasing and quality
  • Follow up supplier 8D reports
  • Creation of supplier ranking in terms of logistics performance
  • Support suppliers to optimize their logistic processes; Arrange supplier logistics audits
  • Set up and train Supplier Work Place (SWP) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
  • Key user and training for supplier claim process

Your Profile

  • Business, Commercial and Financial education
  • 3-5 years experience
  • Excellent communication and engagement ability; high analytical ability
  • SAP knowledge; IT skills (MS Office)
  • 8D knowledge
  • Problem solving ability
  • ability to execute the supplier procurement process
  • Project management ability
