Production Supervisor

- Plan and organize operations capacity (personnel and equipment) in order to meet customer requirements and Productivity goals by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and control operations key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, housekeeping, scrap, employee attendance and employee satisfaction)
- Build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment and maintain morale.
- Support Company policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations
- Ensure work area is safe, enforce all safety rules and regulations and promote proactive approach to safety. (Pre-shift inspections)
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience in the automotive industry
- 3-5 years of experience
- Schedule: Night Shift (Sunday to Thursday)
