Your Tasks

Define drive sub-systems in early project phases, balancing technical, production, and commercial requirements
Lead and coordinate development of drives/systems with design teams in line with project management guidelines
Develop and evaluate technical solutions and alternative concepts, including new technologies, with clear trade-off analyses
Analyze component cost development and implement sustainable cost-reduction measures
Perform patent, market, and benchmarking analyses to support competitive and innovative product design
Conduct methodical system analysis and calculations, including organization of building prototypes for testing purposes
Define, release, and maintain technical documentation in collaboration with testing, production and quality teams
Coordinate external development partners and suppliers, regarding task definition and supporting quality assurance of results
