Project Manager Electronics

- Lead and coordinate electronics development projects in line with company project management standards
- Develop project plans, applications, and reports in collaboration with department heads and controlling
- Manage and support the project team, ensuring alignment with defined targets
- Drive technical resolution of complex development challenges with internal and external partners
- Represent the project in customer meetings, quality gates, and internal committees
- Oversee the acquisition phase, including offer preparation and project evaluations
- Assess team performance and implement measures to improve project return of investments
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes, templates, and workflows
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in technical field (preferably in electronics)
- At least 2 years of experience on same role
- Profound knowledge of HW/SW development
- Good knowledge of project management and development processes
- Good communication and organization skills
- Experience in electronics production environment, automotive is preferable
- Fluent English language skills
