Purchasing Clerk

Your Tasks

  • Timely and accurate processing of various internal customer requirements.
  • Demand process, comparison of offers, price negotiation.
  • Bundling, maintaining and updating electronic catalogues.
  • Creating orders, timely and accurate processing of order requests.
  • Correction of price differences between invoiced amounts and contracts (orders).
  • Preparation of documents for negotiations and other projects.
  • Documentation, data maintenance, document archiving in database and purchasing systems

Your Profile

  • Bachelor Degree related field.
  • Experience in the same position or similar.
  • Knowledge in Excel & SAP.
  • Advanced English (required).
  • Experience in customer service and basic negotiation.
