Sales Administrator

Your tasks

  • Transferring the documentation of serial parts that switch to spare parts status to the central sales department
  • Support Service Parts team for IAM (independent aftermarket) concept
  • Maintaining SAP data, ISP and EMS business planning data
  • Key User for SAP incl. contract management
  • Support customer teams with tracking and reporting overdue payments / price differences
  • Support tool management (refurbishments and scrapping)
  • Invoicing revenues for tools, samples, and development services on the basis of customer orders
  • Processing external sample orders: Entering customer sample orders in SAP, requesting budget for samples for startup parts by individual order from controlling. Clarifying deadlines internally, creating delivery notes, shipping instructions, special trip requirements; monitoring sample deliveries and maintaining sample lists

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial Bachelor’s degree of 4 years duration (technical)
  • 2 years professional experience on similar positions, preferably within the automotive supplier industry
  • SAP, MS Office
  • Fluent in English
