Passing on values with commitment
As a globally active family business, we have a responsibility for social issues. Through our commitment to education, culture, sport and social projects, we want to give young people in particular an understanding of all the values that are important to us as a company. We deliberately focus our commitment on the areas surrounding our locations. Our close proximity gives us an insight into the individual needs and challenges of local people.

The FIRST Robotics philosophy stands for innovation through continuous improvement, progress through enthusiasm, team spirit and ambition - values that also characterize our family business.Girls and boys with a passion for technology develop and build robots that compete against each other in competitions. Coburg State Theater
Our support enables the "Landestheater" to engage exceptional artists and stage elaborate productions. An outstanding example of this is the production of Richard Wagner's opera cycle "Der Ring des Nibelungen".

Bamberg Symphony Orchestra
Brose has been supporting the "Bamberg Symphony Orchestra", founded in 1930, since 2005. Our commitment is primarily aimed at introducing young people to classical music, for example by offering discounted concert tickets for students.
For many years, Michael Stoschek has been the most important sponsor of the Bavarian State Orchestra's Academy of Young Musicians in Bamberg. Brose is a sponsor of the "Mahler Competition", which is held every four years and is one of the world's most important competitions for young conductors.

Cultural Center of Pančevo
Brose's 2021 partnership with the Cultural Center of Pančevo demonstrates its commitment to promoting art and culture in the Belgrade region. With a program of theater, music, film and visual arts, it appeals to a broad audience. The annual highlights include the Pančevo Jazz Festival and the "BUDI - Biennial of Children's Artistic Expression" - a program lasting several weeks to promote children's creativity.

Formare
Since 2023, we have been supporting the "Formare" program of the lochpe Foundation in Curitiba, Brazil. The initiative aims to help young people from low-income families find their way into vocational training. To this end, the 20 participants undergo a nine-month program with job-related theoretical and practical content directly in our company. They are supported by around 40 Brose employees who are volunteering as teachers, supervisors and in administrative tasks.

Taicang Inclusion Factory
The "Inclusion Factory" project, which is unique in China, is a workshop for people with mental or physical disabilities and is supported by around 80 cooperation partners from Europe, including Brose since 2018. With the help of special devices and machines, the "Talents with Disabilities" can produce competitive products and thus pursue regular employment in the workshop.
The goal: the diverse and meaningful employment of people with disabilities in order to integrate them as full and respected members of Chinese society.

Gesanghua Education's Aid
The partnership between Brose and the aid organization "Gesanghua Education's Aid" in China has been in place since 2016. As part of this cooperation, the "Brose Class" was created at Huangnan Senior High School to support and encourage students affected by poverty during their school education.
In addition to regularly awarding scholarships, Brose also regularly donates necessary teaching materials to the school. We also helped to set up a library to make reading fun for the young students and prepare them for a successful future.

Basketball
Basketball fascinates with its high dynamics and the intelligent interaction of players with different tasks. These requirements fit in well with the way we work at the company. That's why Brose has been promoting basketball in Franconia over two decades.

Motorsport
Involvement in motorsport is only logical for a company in the supplier industry. In modern and historic motorsport, on circuits or rallies - we share the enthusiasm for speed, technology and precision.

Tennis
We have been following tennis player Kevin Krawietz since he was 16. The 2009 Junior Wimbledon winner has systematically worked his way to the top of the world rankings. Staying on the ball, not giving up and moving forward - qualities that we also value in our employees.
In 2019 and 2020, Krawietz won the men's doubles at the French Open with Andreas Mies and won the world title together with Tim Pütz in 2024. As an outstanding brand ambassador, he represents our company at the world's most important tennis tournaments.
