Coburg tennis talents turn in a strong performance

Kevin Krawietz and his team from the TC Großhesselohe tennis club managed a 3:3 draw against Cologne THC on Friday in a tie where Krawietz and Bachinger defeated their opponents Santiago Giraldo and Jan Choinski.

The first home game was then held on Sunday. Despite a win in the doubles by Krawietz and Gojowczyk, TC Großhesselohe finally lost 2:4 against league leaders TK GW Mannheim.

After resumption of play on Saturday, Alen Mujakic had the thankless task of taking on Sascha Bilek from the NHTC club in the singles. After a shaky start, the young Coburg player got better into the match and was able to win for his club Coburger Turnerschaft and so prevent it from being relegated from the top league in the federal state.
