Motorsport: Christian Engelhart starts title fight in GT World Challenge

In addition to his involvement in the DTM, Porsche driver Christian Engelhart from Starnberg will compete in the GT World Challenge. On a total of ten race weekends, the GT professional will fight for two different titles and podium places together with his teammates.

In the Endurance Cup of the European edition of the GT World Challenge, he will share the cockpit at Porsche Team Dinamic GT Huber Racing with his teammate from last year's ADAC GT Masters Ayhancan Güven as well as his former title rival in the Porsche Supercup and Carrera Cup Deutschland Sven Müller.

In the sprint edition of the GT World Challenge, the team relies on consistency and sticks with the successful duo of Adrien de Leener together with Christian. "I have been able to celebrate many great successes with my team in recent years. Together we have already won both our home races in the European Championship, in Monza, Italy, and at the German Nürburgring. We also stood on the podium at the biggest GT3 race at Spa Francorchamps."

Christian's motivation to at least match past successes in both classes is correspondingly high. "The goals are set high and together we will give everything for further successes! That's why I'm all the more pleased to be tackling the racing season with this team again in 2023."
