Human Resources Manager

Your Job Specification

  • Management of Human Resources department including payroll, in operation running in 15 shifts
  • HR strategies and policies to meet business objectives in coordination with central Human Resources
  • Recruitment responsible (all positions at Brose Gothenburg); definition of required profiles for vacant positions
  • Training & Development responsible; coordinating all initiatives related to training activities for all employees. Management of training policy, procedures and overall training program. Performance and talent management
  • Union negotiations on all levels
  • Manage provision of occupational health resources and progress healthcare initiatives with necessary measurements
  • Health & Safety: responsible for work environmental coordination and delegations
  • Liason with Group as required, eg. reporting, project management
  • Compensation & Benefits; responsible for salary development, calculation of salaries, wages and social costs, as well as maintenance of records and employment files required by law. Payroll responsible; payroll and salary and time system setups. Pension scheme responsible
  • Clarification, decision and execution of disciplinary measures together with the supervisors

Your Profile

  • University degree in Commercial subject and minimum 5 years professional experience Human resources management in larger industrial business
  • Very good knowledge of advanced measures in payroll systems (Hogia), time management systems and pension schemes
  • Computer experience with general Microsoft programs as excel, word and PowerPoint is a must
  • Independent, systematic functioning. Ability to define and solve problem
  • Very good communicational skills, very high stress level
  • Language skills: very good Swedish and English
