Employee Resource Groups
The Brose North America Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are peer-to-peer networking and mentoring platforms. The employee-led groups support building relationships with cross-functional employees, boosting creativity, increasing innovation, as well as practicing teamwork and leadership.
