Your Job Specification
- Consistent improvements on assembly equipment by making programming changes in the PLC or other systems to reduce cycle time and increase reliability
- Developing and changing of automation processes through programming the PLC
- Implementing additional vision systems and scanners, setting up communication to the main PLC and integrating it into the code
- Provide higher level of support for maintenance technicians during break down situations through troubleshooting methods
- Developing and executing training for development of other team members
Your Profile
- Formal apprenticeship program in Mechatronics or similar or Technician with additional extensive technical education and trainings
- Three years experience in a maintenance related field of a series production company; preferably in the automotive field and focused in automation tasks such as PLC and HMI programming
- Mechanical aptitude and advanced knowledge of processes including pneumatics and hydraulics
- Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical circuits
- Ability to program robotics such as ABB and UR
