Regional Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Your Job Specification

  • Evaluate existing operations and develop strategies for cross-functional improvement activities
  • Provide operational support for the plants to facilitate successful improvement activities
  • Ramp-up of the Brose Production System in three new facilities
  • Create and implement regional Production System standards and best practices within North American region
  • Perform and follow up of Production System Audits

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year college or university, Master or MBA preferred, and three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum three years experience in manufacturing preferable in the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Management Tools e.g. Value Stream Analysis, Balancing
  • Kanban, Standardized Work, 5S
  • Demonstrated experience of Continuous Improvement (CI) activities
