Prepare for the Interview
Practice for your interview. Have a friend or family member role-play as the interviewer, asking you common interview questions and allowing you to practice your responses. We structure our interviews using behavioural-based and technical questions, in order to learn more about you and your motivations for applying.
Come prepared to the interview with at least one question about the position and/or Brose as a Company. This shows us that you are truly interested in being part of our team.
Be punctual and dress professionally. Always answer the interview questions honestly, without embellishing the truth. It’s okay to talk about your weaknesses or areas of improvement. We want to get to know you.
