Get to know Brose

Take a look around our Company website. Learn about our Company principles and culture.

Do you share the same values and beliefs as we do? Do you strive for continuous improvement, innovation, and success? Are you interested in working for an international, family-owned, award-winning company?

If this sounds like your perfect fit, then we would love to hear from you!

Review the Job Posting

Take time to review the job posting in detail and ask yourself if the job duties and responsibilities interest you and align with your career goals. Furthermore, do you have the skills, qualifications, and experience required to successfully perform the job?

Update your Resume and Cover Letter

Based on the job posting, review and update your resume and cover letter to demonstrate how your skills and experience are relevant to the specific position you are applying for. Remember, your resume is our first impression of you, so take time to ensure there are no mistakes.

Ask a friend or family member to review your application and check for spelling and grammar. We receive numerous applications every day, so try to make your resume stand out. Why would you be the best candidate for the position? Let us know!

Prepare for the Interview

Practice for your interview. Have a friend or family member role-play as the interviewer, asking you common interview questions and allowing you to practice your responses. We structure our interviews using behavioural-based and technical questions, in order to learn more about you and your motivations for applying.

Come prepared to the interview with at least one question about the position and/or Brose as a Company. This shows us that you are truly interested in being part of our team.

The Interview

Be punctual and dress professionally. Always answer the interview questions honestly, without embellishing the truth. It’s okay to talk about your weaknesses or areas of improvement. We want to get to know you.

Most importantly, don’t forget about body language. Come prepared to tell us why you are the best person for the position and what sets you apart from other candidates.
