The job description of a cook (m/f/d) is defined by varied activities. As a cook, you create menus, manage processes at the stove, purchase food and also prepare tasty and nutritious meals - from appetizers to desserts.
You also have organizational and business skills and knowledge. In addition, you are well versed in nutrition and hygiene.
Training period: three years

Your apprenticeship contents
- Independent organization of your versatile field of activity
- Preparation of soups, sauces, sweet and egg dishes
- Preparation of fish, shellfish and crustaceans
- Processing meat and arranging cold platters
- Planning of menus, buffets and events as well as their calculation
- Appealing presentation of dishes
- Competent advice to your guests
