What does Edurard Konopatkin say about his apprenticeship as a Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)?
Actually, technology was not my cup of tea. That's why I chose the social sector at school, had more fun cooking than in physics, and thought I would learn an office job one day. But on the recommendation of acquaintances, I decided to do at least one internship in a technical profession, namely as a machine and plant operator.
And indeed, I found it incredibly exciting just to observe the production processes. I also wanted to be able to control the equipment myself. So my career goal was clear and I was delighted when I got the opportunity at Brose. I am now in my second year of training. I particularly like the practical assignments in production: Here I'm already allowed to operate machines myself, albeit still with support. Anyone interested in my profession should be prepared to learn something new every day and enjoy working in a team.
