- Further development and expansion of global expert knowledge regarding advanced problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, Shainin, etc.) by selecting and developing suitable candidates for the expert network
- Coordination and implementation of the internal problem-solving training program (Green / Black Belt Training) as well as coaching candidates during project execution
- Ensuring progress and systematic root cause analysis of highly complex warranty issues, escalated customer complaints, chronic defect cost drivers, critical problems during project phases, or severe supplier errors
- Strengthening the problem-solving culture across all technical areas through independent management and validation of training activities related to standard problem-solving methods
- Identifying topics with significant financial impact or technical challenges and coordinating the derived improvement projects to achieve corporate objectives
- Leading and implementing projects to further develop problem-solving guidelines and standards by combining best practice applications and tools tailored to Brose's needs
- Serving as the main contact for the most complex problem-solving challenges and representing Brose's interests in communications with customers, external expert networks, or benchmark companies on problem-solving topics
Your Profile
- Completed technical degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in leading and managing complex projects for sustainable defect elimination as a Six Sigma Master Black/Black Belt or Shainin Red X Master
- Relevant professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills combined with an independent and structured approach to work
- Extensive knowledge of international project management and experience in leading international project teams
- Fluency in English as well as strong intercultural competence
