Assistant Supervisor - Nights

Your tasks

  • Serve as Deputy to the Supervisor in their absence.
  • Organization of the production process according to the customer orders.
  • Function as a backup in case of operator shortage (working on the assembly line).
  • Help develop work instuctions and train operators on them.
  • Process interal scrap and input into SAP
  • Coordination of autonomous maintenance and 5S across all production lines.
  • Responsible for the function of the poka yoke devices of the assembly equipment according to the control plan.
  • Organization and escalation of indirect tasks in case of emergency situations (equipment breakdown, line feeding with material, operator assignment).
  • Adhere to Brose North America (BNA/SPA) Quality Policy
  • Adhere to all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and implements all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility
  • Document required checks, tasks, parts, etc. in accordance with work instructions and as required by Supervisor
  • Perform additional tasks to support production as requested by Supervisor
  • Organization and escalation of indirect tasks in case of emergency situations (equipment breakdown, line feeding with material, operator assignment).
  • Continuous improvement of the organization and processes in the production area.

Your Profile

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Ability to apply common knowledge to carry out simple instructions.
