- Define Sourcing strategy and make sure strategy realization.
- Develop and maintain a reliable and stable supply chains in Asia.
- Assurance of best-cost sourcing. Develop, introduce and execute supplier strategies in coordination with global commodity management also regional business units.
- Align project target material price base for acquisition projects for all Business.
- Annual price negotiation and find & implement cost saving in running projects in systematic method (RACE).
- Regular communication link with Europe, Asia customer teams, and related functions
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor/management.
Your Profile
- Good technical knowledge of Rubber, Mechanical parts
- Strategic thinking and familiar with strategy analysis tools.
- Strong negotiation skill; Value and cost breakdown analysis;
- Good knowledge in contract law and logistics terms
- Strong team and communication skills
- Business fluent foreign language, at least English
- Ability to communicate and work in a team, persuasiveness, organizing ability
- Computer literacy (MS-Office, MS-Project, SAP R/3 MM module)
