Your tasks

  • Motor development according to Brose standard and customer’s requirement, mechanically and electrically
  • New platform/sub-component/component development, DFMEA, FS and APQP discussion, PPAP release
  • Manage CRM TR0, TR1 and TR2, analysis of validation results, define optimization measures in case of negative test results and realization of test releases in cooperation with test department
  • Series motor support, capacity tool/2nd sourcing part release, FPY improvement, quality issue analysis and improvement
  • Design to cost responsibility
  • Definition of technical performance/requirements of motor samples during the different stages of development process
  • Confirmation of technical feasibility of products for new applications by technical assessment of customer specifications
  • Design responsibility of Seat Motor and Brush Card globally

Your Profile

  • Knowledge within the DC Brush Motor
  • Solid knowledge in CAD (e.g. Catia) and development tools within automotive industry.(FEA, Excel, Tolerance calculation）
  • Ability to read and write English, Fluent in spoken English.
