FMEA Moderator Electronics (m/f/d)

Your Job Specification

  • Ensuring high quality of the development process within automotive application and development projects
  • Consistent implementation and demand of requirements management within the development team
  • Planning and execution of FMEA team meetings with the specialist departments according to PEP
  • Continuous improvement of product quality through technical risk management (analyses, FMEA)
  • Creation of FMEA structures for existing and new products, as a basis for the application
  • Maintenance and further development of standards for D-FMEAs with creation of a know-how database for the use of synergy effects
  • Support of the development team during internal and external audits
  • Training of employees as well as contact person for topics concerning the development methodology
  • Independent monitoring of measures in the departments and presentation of the results to the customer team and to the customer in coordination with the project teams
  • Regular comparison of the standards with the development locations worldwide. Continuous coordination with FMEA coordinators / moderators of the internal departments in coordination with the supervisor

Your Profile

  • A technical university degree with a regular study period of up to 4 years or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired in another way. e.g. technician with additional qualifications
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience in a development area of the automotive industry
  • Profound knowledge in the field of system engineering / electronics
  • Profound knowledge in the field of requirements management
  • Profound knowledge of the D-FMEA methodology in the IQ-FMEA Tool
  • Fluent English language
