HR Business Partner for Business Division Drives (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Independent supervision of all managers and employees in the area of responsibility at the location as well as support in all issues concerning the employment relationship (personnel management and labor law)
  • Filling open positions with internal and external candidates (recruitment approval, search profile definition, conduction of job interviews, hiring decision together with respective manager, contract negotiations, arranging onboarding)
  • Independent, individual remuneration according to job specifications as well as handling of disciplinary matters (warnings, termination agreements, dismissals)
  • Personnel planning for the respective area of responsibility in coordination with department and company strategy
  • Development and implementation of personnel management concepts and support of the integration of new employees (feedback interviews, consultation with superiors about employees, review of the induction plan, definition and monitoring of measures)
  • Coordination and implementation of special projects (e.g. introduction of a new compensation system, introduction of new HR management software)

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social- or Organizational Sciences or comparable qualification
  • Ideally 2 years plus experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Serbian labor law, collective agreements and social insurance law
  • Expertise in SAP-HR (user skills)
  • Fluency in English and Serbian
