Industrial Engineer

- Preparation of rough concepts calculations during the acquisition or localization of projects
- Simultaneous Engineering with the development and customer teams of the business division in order to get easy and cost efficient manufacturable products
- Investigate and provide detailed ‘welding & assembly & testing’ concepts for production in collaboration with the local team, the plant and the SPx-FP/SPT colleagues in Germany for customer-specified products delivered to all brose plants Asia wide
- Ensure the quality requirements through the use of methods like P-FMEA, Poka-Yoke, Capability studies
- Create the IE equipment timing plan and coordinate the activities with all interface functions
- Maintain continuous communication with internal and external customers to adress requirement and concerns (customer change requests, quotations, quality items, …). Handle customer concerns (related to IE) and ensure immediate solution and execution of issues
- Create the specifications, related to the released concept. Focus on dependencies within the processes and the cycle time balancing and follow the design and manufacturing of the equipment with external suppliers/vendors
- Install and launch the equipment in the asia locations and handover the equipment to the production plant after completion of all project requirements
- Evaluation and implementation of technical modifications during the project and the serial phases, either due to innovations and improvements of the processes or due to product and/or condition changes (volumes, variants) in collaboration with the technologist team as well as with the IE in the production and the colleagues in Germany
Your Profile
- Industrialization of economical production concept to ensure competitiveness
- Realization of production equipment until series production including technical change during serial phase
- Rich IE experience in auto industrial with lean mindset, prefer in seat structure section
- Strong communication and coordination skill, able to work as different interfaces
- Loyalty, team spirits and glad to actively contribute to the success of projects
- Commercial knowledge, Cost-calculation
- Production Technology (Fastening, Welding, Testing)

- Excellent PPT, Excel, Presentation skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

- Familiar with automotive industry regulations and product development process
