Problem Solving Specialist - Black Belt (m/f/d)

- You will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency (Six Sigma, Shainin, etc.)
- Coordination and implementation of internal problem solving training program (Green/Black Belt training) as well as coaching candidates during project implementation and workshops.
- Ensuring the progression and systematic root cause analysis of issues, escalated customer complaints. Identifying recurring cost drivers for defects, critical issues during project phases or major supplier errors.
- Working with cross-departmental teams to optimize processes
- Leading and executing projects to further develop problem-solving guidelines and standards by applying a combination of best practices and tools tailored to Brose's needs.
Your Profile
- University degree in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, automotive engineering)
- Several years of experience leading and managing complex sustained defect elimination projects such as Six Sigma Master Black/Black Belt or Shainin Red X Master.
- Relevant professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills combined with an independent and structured approach to work.
- Extensive knowledge of international project management and experience leading international project teams.
