Logistics Analyst

- Ensure on-time availability of production materials in line with defined supply targets
- Plan and coordinate production based on customer demand, capacity constraints, and supply goals
- Secure customer supply in a multi-level production environment in close collaboration with assembly, shipping, and internal interfaces
- Manage logistics parameters and master data in SAP and customer systems to optimize cost and supply performance
- Lead logistics-related projects independently (e.g. ramp-ups, relocations, process optimizations)
- Monitor inventories and logistics KPIs, prepare regular reports, and ensure target compliance
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, initiate escalations, and drive resolution with internal and external partners
- Track and report supplier and customer logistics performance, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement
Your Profile
- IV level of education
- Several years of experience in production logistics, supply chain planning or materials management
- Solid understanding of MRP processes, inventory control and capacity planning in a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP; confident MS Excel skills required
- Ability to manage complex supply situations independently and make pragmatic decisions
- Structured and well organized working style
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal interfaces and external partners
- Good English skills
