Maintenance Technician

Your tasks

  • Repair of assembly and material handling equipment
  • Servicing and preventive maintenance of assembly, material handling equipment according to service instructions and control instructions
  • Rebuilding and improvement of assembly equipment (root cause analysis and improvement)
  • Creation of operating manuals, service instructions and control instructions for the production equipment
  • Detailed recording of the fulfilled tasks on a daily basis in SAP
  • Effective coordination and execution of the assigned tasks and workorders
  • Responsible for meeting the OSHA/safety requirements in the work area - maintain as required
  • Proposals for job related and organization related improvements
  • Ensure quality, effectiveness, cleanliness and keep your responsible area in order
  • Use of tools for calibration

Your Profile

  • Technician, High School, Apprenticeship Mechatronic
  • 3 years experience in a maintenance department in the automotive industry
  • Ensure compliance of quality systems to all required standards including customer specific requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out operations
  • EDP knowledge (SAP R3, MS-Office)
  • Experience in TPM, KAIZEN, Poka Yoke, continous improvement
  • Technical knowledge and skills in electric, SPS (Siemens), CNC, robot technique, electric hydraulics, electric pneumatic, measuring technique, power drive technique, BUS system (ASI, Profil)
