Master Scheduler

- Develop and lead the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process, including demand–capacity alignment meetings
- Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule aligned with customer demand, production capacity and inventory targets
- Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure execution of the production plan and resolve scheduling constraints
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the planning process and implementing measures to increase efficiency
- Planning, developing, monitoring and maintaining procedures to optimize inventory levels
- Coordinate supply-critical issues with customers, suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare reports and presentations on capacity utilization and planning performance for management
- Support implementation and optimization of planning systems and SAP standard processes, including master data quality and user training
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree in a field connected with logistics or supply chain
- Strong experience in production planning and supply chain management
- Good understanding of manufacturing capacity, scheduling and inventory optimization
- Experience working with SAP and planning tools
- Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
