Your tasks

Promote and manage the IDEAS System of improvement proposals in the plant
Provide BPS (Brose Production System) training to all areas of the organization accordingly to the specific requirements of the position or area
Coordinate the implementation of internal practices in different areas
Coordiante the implementation of projects that generate savings or improvements in the different processes of the company

Your Profile

2-3 years experience in similar position
Experience working with Lean Manufacturing tools as: SMED, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen
Fluent English mandatory
