Your Tasks

Update and implement process control plans, traceability controls, and inspection records (data collection methods, SPC, measurement systems, reaction plans, product history, etc.).
Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and process documentation for internal and external audits.
Assist in the development and updating of PFMEAs. Report clean point status due to engineering changes, internal and customer claims, process improvements or scheduled reviews.
Lead the multidisciplinary team in investigations of internal and external claims and provide support for warranty claims.
Lead the implementation of containment actions and ensure the timely and effective closure of applicable corrective actions. Maintain customer portals.
Attend daily operations meetings to communicate the status of customer claims.
Lead and conduct process capability studies for new samples, process reviews, or products.
Assist in the development and presentation of quality cost metrics. Lead production teams to identify and implement improvement plans as needed, including scrap reduction.
Act as the primary contact and interface between the plant and the customer.
