Quality Engineer

Your Tasks

Quality assurance for product and assembly processes.
Develop containment plans when quality issues arise in assembly processes.
Ensure compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management System requirements according to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001.
Prepare Quality Instructions for internal and external incidents.
Ensure compliance with the process Control Plan.
Ensure the correct implementation of containment actions in case of failures.
Fulfill specific customer requirements, corrective actions, PPAP, and customer validation runs for engineering changes in serial production projects.
Ensure compliance with customer metrics, PPM levels, number of incidents, and follow up on customer portal evaluations.
Improve FTQ through continuous improvement.
Contribute to the proper implementation of engineering changes, ensuring that processes and the quality system maintain group and customer standards.
Monitor and ensure process capability (CPKs/PPKs) through statistical control tools (Procella and/or MINITAB).
